HAPPYDOER is comprised of multiple legal entities. This privacy notice is produced on behalf of the HAPPYDOER group of enterprises. In this privacy notice, the terms “HAPPYDOER”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refer to the entity that controls or processes your information, as defined in the “Entities Collecting Personal Information” section below.

Collection of Personal Information

As a visitor to the Site, you can participate in a variety of activities without entering any personal information.

However, when you register to use a HAPPYDOER site and license content, order items, or services as a HAPPYDOER subscriber, we may gather the following Personal Information from you.

• Billing information such as the number, expiration date, card type and billing address of your credit card.
• Demographic information such as your job title, job description and company name and company type.
• Profile data, including your username and password, details about your activity on the Site, including search terms, plan purchases and the Content that you license.

If you submit content to HAPPYDOER for licensing, you may need to supply the following information:

• Payment and contributor information, such as payout method and email, desired display name, profile information, social network profiles, and details about your skill level and creative process.

Depending on the activity, some of the information we ask you to provide is mandatory and some is optional. If you do not supply the mandatory data for a specific activity, you will be unable to participate in it.

When you use the Site, HAPPYDOER or third-party subprocessors engaged by HAPPYDOER may collect some technical and routing information about your computer in order to enable your use of the Site and its services, as is common with most websites.

For example, we may log environmental variables such as browser type, operating system, CPU speed, and your computer’s Internet Protocol (IP) address. We utilize these environmental factors to help and track your use of the Site and its services. HAPPYDOER also uses environmental variables to track traffic patterns on the website. When you download and use our Mobile Apps or Services, we automatically gather information on the type of device you’re using and the operating system version. We do not request, access, or monitor any location-based information from your mobile device when you download or use our Mobile Apps or Services.

Upon request, HAPPYDOER will provide you with information on and access to your Personal Information that we process. To request this information, please use the Privacy Request form.

You have the right to review, modify, or delete your Personal Information and privacy preferences at any time. To access and edit your Personal Information, click on the “My Account” tab. If you want to remove your account or request that we no longer use your information to provide you with services, go to the site’s “My Account Preferences” link and follow the instructions in the “Delete My Account” section. If you are a contributor, you may update your profile. For security reasons, certain Personal Information can only be altered by contacting support. We will react to your request immediately and within a reasonable timeframe.

HAPPYDOER bills you for our products and services through one or more third-party credit card processing businesses. To the best of our knowledge, these companies do not keep, share, save, or use personally identifiable information for any other reason.

We also share Personal Information with firms who provide services on our behalf. We only share Personal Information that is required for them to deliver the services. We require companies who exchange Personal Information to protect it and use it only for HAPPYDOER-related services. You can see a list of these third-party subprocessors.

We do not sell or otherwise share Personal Information with other parties for marketing their own products or services.

Data Retention and Data Portability

We will keep your information for as long as your account is current and it is required to provide you with services, to validate or enforce licenses to use Content, or to comply with our legal obligations. To remove your account or request that we no longer use your information for services, go to the “My Account Preferences” link on the site and follow the procedures under “Delete My Account”.
If you cannot access your account, please contact us. We will react to your request within 30 days. We will use your information to comply with legal responsibilities, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

Your Choices (Opt Out)

HAPPYDOER will not sell your personal data or information to a third party. We employ third-party advertising firms to handle the advertisements we post on other websites. To opt out of receiving interest-based adverts, please click (or if situated in the European Union). Please note that this does not prevent you from receiving advertising. You will continue to receive generic advertisements.

You can “opt out” of receiving HAPPYDOER’s email updates, newsletters, and/or partner communications by selecting the “My Account” link on the Site and making the necessary changes. Opting out of such communications is often available throughout the sign-up process. HAPPYDOER will continue to notify you of any modifications to the Terms of Service or Submitter Terms of Service, as applicable.

If you use the HAPPYDOER mobile app, we may send you push notifications from time to time to keep you updated on any events or promotions that we are conducting. To stop receiving these communications, simply turn them off at the device level.

To delete your Personal Data or opt-out of further processing, go to the “My Account – Preferences” page and select the “Delete My Personal Data” option. If you cannot access your account, please contact us.

Protection of Your Personal Information

The Personal Information you supply in conjunction with your use of the Site is protected in a variety of ways.

• Access by you to your account profile is available through a password and unique customer ID selected by you. This password is encrypted. You should strive to use a strong, alpha-numeric password which you should not divulge to anyone.
• Your Personal Information resides on secure servers that only selected HAPPYDOER personnel and contractors have access to via password.
• Your Personal Information is encrypted whenever it is transmitted to HAPPYDOER.

We employ mobile analytics software to help us better understand how our mobile software works on your phone. This software may collect data on usage frequency, application events, aggregated usage, performance, and download location. We do not link the information we store in the analytics software to any personally identifiable information you provide through the mobile application.

Changes in Privacy Policy

HAPPYDOER may update the Privacy Policy at any time. Any significant changes will be communicated by email or the Site’s main page before they take effect. Social Media Widgets

Our websites may contain Social Media Features, such as the Facebook Like button, and Widgets, such as the Share this button or interactive mini-programs that run on our site. These features may gather your IP address, page you’re on, and set a cookie for proper functionality. Social Media Features and Widgets are hosted either by a third party or directly on our website. The company’s privacy policy governs your interactions with these features.

Single Sign-On

You may be able to access our site through sign-in services such as Apple Sign In, Facebook Connect, Google Sign In, or an Open ID provider. These services confirm your identity and allow you to submit personal information like your name and email address to pre-populate our sign-up form. Facebook Connect allows you to share information about your online activities with your network.

Referral Program Emails

If you use our referral service to tell a colleague about our site, share a collection, or invite someone to join a team account, we will need your colleague’s name and email address. We will send your colleague a one-time email inviting them to view the site. HAPPYDOER keeps this information solely for the purpose of sending this one-time email, tracking the performance of our referral program, and controlling access to Collections.

Your colleague may contact us to request that we remove this information from our database.

Children

We do not intend to solicit or collect personal information from those under the age of 18. If you are under the age of 18, please do not enter information on this site or use our services. If you feel your kid under the age of 18 has input Personal Information, please contact us to remove the data and discontinue the account.
